The system allows cider and wine makers the flexibility to adjust the pressure steps, preventing shredding and grinding effects on the fruit. This prevents the release of bitter and herbaceous substances that are key to a successful product.
The design allows for easy displacement of the pomace cake and is easily cleaned.
