Viti bath Pasteuriser
Pasteurisers are used to ensure apple juice and cider are safe to consume and ensure the product has a longer shelf life.
CAPACITY
- The Vitikit Pasteuriser holds 16 x Plastor M205B/Grey baskets which allows the following per cycle:-
- 192 Champagne Bottles
- 480 440ml Cans
- 480 330ml Cans
- 288 500ml Bottles

standard pasteuriser
The standard pasteuriser acts as the entry level to the Vitikit range using the same Vitikit pasteurisation bath whilst featuring a more simplistic control system.
The control system uses the Siemens Logo PLC to maintain accurate temperature control and the ability to set temperature and time parameters with the user friendly Siemens Module Display.
SMART PASTEURISER
The smart pasteuriser, as featured in the BBIB Magazine, is a market leading piece of equipment using a 7 inch touch screen interface and predicitve technology to provide a live digital dashboard of product health.

Viti Tower Pasteuriser
The Viti Tower Pasteuriser is a compact, high-performance unit designed for efficient juice pasteurisation. Its electrically heated water jacket ensures even temperature distribution, while automatic temperature control on both the water circuit and juice outlet guarantees consistent processing results.
This gravitational-type pasteurisation system is easy to clean, mounted on wheels for convenient mobility, and requires minimal maintenance.
Can be equipped with:
– Manual Bag-in-Box (BiB) filler with digital scale
– Two-head bottle filler module
