About Monoblock Systems

The Sraml Monoblock System combines a set of high-quality, entirely automated machines, so that rinsing, filling and capping tasks can all be performed from one block, in a more efficient manner. Monoblock Systems have many benefits over a stand alone machine:

The system features quick and easy bottle formet changeover in 13 minutes even when working with different bottle shapes or closure types. CIP system is fully automatic, which enables fast and thorugh cleaning. Remote acces allows easy remote control, troubleshooting and updates.

Rinser Unit

Rinsing bottles or plastic bottles in continous motion with the help of multiple rinsing stations placed on a rotating carousel. The self locking bottle gripper grabs and holds the bottles by the neck. The twist cam device turns the bottles upside-down to provide their correct positioning over the rinsing nozzles. Where rinsing is to be done in two steps with two different medium, double treatment is also available.

The rinsing medium is not injected if the bottle is not present with the help of the “no bottle no spray” system. The rinser height can be adjust by means of an electric motor for simple and fast height settings even in operation.


 

Gravity / Low-Vaccuum Fillers

Suitable for filling still, liquid and non-viscous products. The pistons lift the bottles to connect them with a filling valve in a close system. The product is gently poured on the side of the bottle from a closed bowl by gravity.

Direct Vacuum Filler

Suitable for filling still liquid prodcuts with medium viscosity. When bottles are connected to the filling valve, the vacuum is constantly pulling the air out of them and forces the product to be gently poured on the side of the bottles, minimizing the product agitation.

Counter-Pressure (Isobaric) Fillers

Suitable for filling carbonated products in bottles or cans. The filler features a pressure bowl, with a set of special filling valves, which performs the following sequence of different filling steps for individual bottles: deaeration with vacuum and CO2 gas (double); bottle pressurizing; product filling; pressure releasing. The individual filling steps are mechanically operated with cams.

Electronic Volumetric Fillers

Suitable for filling still liquid and viscous products where high safety hygiene and filling accuracy is needed. Each filling piston is equipped with a flow meter and two speed diaphragm valve, which previsely determines the fill quantity of every bottle. The product is filled in a turbulence-free stream, which enables a smooth filling process, and prevents foaming and product spray on the bottles.
