Variable capacity tanks with legs

The open tanks are suitable for the storage of wine and liquid foodstuffs (e.g. fruit juices, milk and oil). They are made of stainless steel W.No 1.4301 BA (AISI 304-V2A). The inner floating lid allows the volume to be adapted according to the clients needs. Wine-oxidation is prevented by tightening the floating lid by means of the inflatable gasket which is blown by the enclosed pressure pump and manometer.

Our standard production program involves open tanks with legs and without legs. The upper coat edge is additionally strengthened to assure greater tank stability. Larger open tanks with legs are equipped with a crane and pulley for easy floating lid lifting. Optionally, the tank can be equipped with an oval or rectangular manway (welded), with a cooling jacket or other accessories.

Closed storage tanks

The closed round tanks are used for the storage of wine and liquid foodstuffs. They are made of stainless steel W.No. 1.4301 BA (AISI 304-V2A) and the tank cover is made of W.No. 1.4404 2B (AISI 316-V4A). Our offer includes a wide range of tank volumes, from 500 l up to 20.500 l. Optionally different dimensions (diameters and heights) are available. Customers may choose from among diverse additional equipment (e.g. cooling jacket, cooling plates, temperature control and regulation systems, different manway types).
