Bottle Filler

This bottle filler uses a very simple system with not a lot to go wrong. Vitikit have personally used the 4 spout version of this filler for the last 7 years and have bottled thousands of bottles of Wine and Cider. We have used the following bottles 500ml, 330ml and 250ml beer bottles, 750ml wine and champagne bottles, 1 litre gallones, 2 litre gallones and also 4 litre plastic containers.

To adjust the fill height in the bottle you simply adjust the float valve in the holding tank.

The inlet hose connector is a tapered barb which can accept a hose of 3/4″ – 1″. Manufactured in stainless steel AISI 304.

GRAVITY FILLING DESK TYPE

Gravity bottle filler completely made in stainless steel AISI 304, suitable for filling alimentary liquid  such as WINE, BEER, OIL, ALCOL. It is equipped with heads fully adjustable and removable for fast and thorough cleaning. On the demand the filling heads are available for bottle opening diameter 60mm, and height level 120mm. The machine is available in both desk version bench with 4 adjustable feet, either in trolley version with four wheels.

Level sensor available in mechanical version, made entirely in stainless steel, both in the electronic version, including a control panel to control external pump. All models are supplied with stainless steel valves, bottle height adjustable supports, level marker , provision for filter installation (only on models in the high version). On request it is possible to equip the machine with filling pump (model ENOS 20 in stainless steel/EURO 20 with rubber impeller), and filter boxes of 20×20 steel frame.

• Available nitrogen saturation valve inside the bottle before filling. Easy to use, only requires connection with a nitrogen container. Adaptable on any container.

It is equipped with heads fully adjustable and removable for fast and thorough cleaning. On the demand the filling heads are available for bottle opening diameter 60mm, and height level 120mm. The machine is available in both desk version bench with 4 adjustable feet, either in trolley version with four wheels.

The lifting of the bottles is obtained through levers manually commanded.

Bench structure.

The machine is made with all the parts in contact with the product in AISI 304 Stainless Steel.

The machine is equipped with safety guards made in stainless steel in the lateral, posterior side and between the bottles.

Filling valves with manual joystick.

Filling tube with posterior exit of the product that additionally to the position tilted of the bottle, it reduces the possible formation of foam.
