Bin Tipper
Description:
Designed to minimise drop height and optimise gentle tipping, the SRAML bin tipper JK empties various-sized bins into a washer or a hopper, which feeds the fruit onto the conveyor belt for further processing.
The SRAML line of JK bin tippers mechanically lifts and inverts bins for the purpose of unloading the fruit into a washer or a reception hopper to be fed onto the conveyor belt for further processing.
Once a full bin is loaded onto the tipping cradle by a forklift or pallet jack, the operator starts the tipping motion. Hydraulic lifting cylinders lift and invert the bin, directing the fruit to the adjustable flow gate.
OPTIONS:
- Left- or right-handed position of the control box
- Fruit-dosing hopper to maintain an even fruit flow going to the sorting conveyor
- Available in higher discharge height
